My goal is to exercise every day for an hour until the end of the year. This will help me get ready for 2015.
I have been a little remiss in my exercise regimen this year, but my goal is to end the year off right on a positive exercise note.
I have my new Brooks – running shoes.. Oh… they are so comfortable and stylish too…
