I am delighted that I have been successfully following my exercise plan. Today I accomplished walking 3 miles... Yeah!!! I also did 30 minutes of mat exercises which included my exercise ball. Good Morning!!! Today is day 2 of my exercise fitness plan. I just completed a great 30 minute exercise routine. I woke up late this morning, therefore, I did a quickie routine.
