We all want to be fit and trim but somehow struggle with this on a daily basis. It would be nice to have simple tips that would make this easier without costing lots of cash.

Here are some of my favorites…
- Strength Training – Who does not love the feeling of strength training? It is super simple and super easy to incorporate into your workout mix.
- Walking – This is my favorite…. It helps clear out my mind.
- Box Squats – This is a new one for me… You simply grab a box and place it behind you. You do regular squats but pause for a moment when your derriere touches the box.
- Exercise Ball – Another favorite of mine… Everyone needs one of these in their home… It will make you feel better in minutes… It will make your body look better without injury if performed properly…If you do not have one of these, I suggest that you get one today… You can work on abs, gluts, legs, arms and the whole body in minutes…
