I have been on Weight Watchers since the beginning of this year. It is amazing how time flies. The program has taught me so much about making decisions on eating and living a healthy lifestyle.
The journey has not been a walk in the park, because as we get older, it takes more effort to lose the weight. I wish that I could say the pounds are coming off quickly, but that is not the case.
I can say, however, that I am enjoying the journey and learning a lot about the consequences of poor eating decisions and lifestyle choices.
I work out 5 – 7 days a week and feel much better about myself when I get my exercise in. It is amazing how much clearer my thoughts are when I workout. Losing the inches is an added benefit.
The weight watchers online program really rocks. It gives me all the tools that I need to succeed. I even purchased a food scale to measure my food. It does make a difference.
The one thing that I have learned is that you must enjoy the journey, otherwise what’s the point.
