It is almost that time of year again where we all start attending parties filled will decadent food and plentiful alcohol. It is important that we should not neglect the importance of adding physical exercise to our daily schedule. Exercise brings a lot more positives to the table, than negatives. So, why do we procrastinate and let ourselves get into a slump? Is it because we are lazy or is it because we just don’t care enough about the person in the mirror?
