Today is Day 1 of my 30- day exercise plan….
I just completed a 45 minute workout and I feel great!!!
My exercises included the following:
Yoga and Stretching – 30 minutes
Crunches – 50
Walking – 15 minutes
My plans are to do another quick routine tonight that will comprise of 15 – 20 minute workout.
I feel terrific today.
I am now off to eat my breakfast: 1 cup of cheerios and 1 cup of milk with a banana. I will drink one cup of coffee no sugar or cream.
Off to a great start today!!
