I am delighted to share this blog post with you today. We all know that exercise and eating healthy is a great way to stay fit and trim. If your body does not allow you to exercise, changing your diet and eating healthy foods is a great way to stay in shape. One of my favorite things to make in my quest for staying healthy are healthy smoothies with fruit and other healthy ingredients. I use my Nutribullet to make wonderful fresh smoothies daily. You can use all sorts of ingredients, but I try and stay consistent with adding healthy ingredients. Take a look at a few super easy smoothie recipes that you can make in minutes. The folks at Chobani have done a fabulous job providing a list of ingredients and portions. I love the Chobani Greek yogurt and find it to have a great taste and flavor. Personally, I do not add any sweeteners to my smoothies because I think that the fruit and other ingredients provide enough sweetness for me. Here are the recipes:
Peaches and Cream Fruit Smoothie
- 1 c Chobani Simply 100® Peach Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz)
- 1 Banana (I freeze my bananas so that I do not need to add ice)
- 1 cup of peaches, fresh or frozen
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of skim milk
- 1/cup of ice (use if you do not have frozen bananas)
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients into your Nutribullet or Blender
- Blend until smooth
- Serve – This is what I use to make one smoothie for myself… I tweak the quantities to taste and amount of serving I am in the mood for.

- 18 minutes of skating (If you have access to an ice skating rink, go for it, if not, lace up a pair of roller skates and go to town for 18 – 20 minutes.
