5 “Bad” Foods Dieters Should Not Avoid

Weight loss is never fun.  As they say in Weight Watchers it is a “Journey”. I might add, one that is not to be taken lightly. It takes discipline and commitment to be perfectly toned and to lose a large amount of weight.  I struggle to maintain a healthy balance of a consistent fitness routine with a healthy diet, since I enjoy cooking.

My guilty pleasures are nuts and swiss cheese.  I could live on these two items alone, but know that it is not good for my mid section or hips. I was delighted to read the article – 5 Bad Foods You Should Eat on a Diet, by Readers Digest Editor, Liz Vaccariello and author of the new book:  The Digest Diet.  In the article, the author listed off five”bad” foods dieters should not avoid.
